Someone has had enough of Jill Zarin and crazy Kelly Bensimon!

Bethenny Frankel is leaving The Real Housewives of New York after three seasons with the show..

"Last season was scary and painful," she explains. "It took all the joy out of it. My gut's saying not to be a part of this cast."

As for her spin-off Bethenny Getting Married?, the premiere garnered over 2 million viewers which is around the same as an episode of The Real Housewives.

Looks like she'll be just fine — if she gets another season of her own!

Rachel Taylor, who appeared in the first Transformers flick, has taken out a court order against her boyfriend Matthew Newton after he physically abused her on various occasions!

According to the legal documents, Taylor fears "for her personal safety, well being and security following events both in Australia and while on a recent holiday in Rome, Italy. This action follows a series of gravely serious incidents, including and not limited to two unprovoked violent assaults, which (she claims) occurred on the 13th and 14th August, 2010, while Ms Taylor was in Rome."

Newton, who was reportedly set to host the Australian version of The X Factor, has instead chosen to go to rehab for the second time this year.

Taylor has also released a statement:

"After much consideration and struggle I have made this personal decision to send a clear public message that violence, threats, abuse and intimidation are not acceptable and should be dealt with by the full capacity of the law."

What a brave woman!

We're sure this entire ordeal isn't easy, and we commend her for taking a stand and refusing to let a clearly troubled and toxic relationship run her life!

Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola reportedly walked out of the Jersey Shore house this past Friday night, after she FINALLY found out that her on/off scumbag boyfriend, Ronnie, has been creeping on other ladies during his coke roid raged hard pAArtying!

A source claims:

“She ripped off the mic pack at the house after a monster fight with Ronnie and quit. She feels stupid for believing him and he made a fool of her. The door was left open for Sammi to return whenever she wanted, but she said ‘No way, not happening’ and is home.”

We'd feel sorry for her, but gurl keeps taking him back! We think she's only happy in the relationship if there's drama!

So sad - what an unstable, abusive relationship!

Sammi has since been convinced by producers to continue fighting with Ronnie return to the house, and will resume filming.

UGH. If this is as big a story in season three as it is in the current season, we are going to be OVER this shiz!

He's back in!

Wyclef Jean has reportedly not given up on his aspirations to become the next president of Haiti, and plans to send a lawyer to the courts to appeal their rejection of his candidacy!

He claims that he has legal papers "which shows everything is correct and "feel that what is going on here has everything to do with Haitian politics."

It will certainly be interesting to see how this all unfolds!

As we've reported, Dr. Laura Schlessinger revealed that after using the N-word ELEVEN TIMES last week on her radio show last week, she would not be renewing her contract.

Apparently, this isn't the first time this worthless trash has pulled a similar stunt. Back in 1999, CBS offered Dr. Douche her own talk show. One of her terms for signing on, however, was that CBS keep Howard Stern from talking shiz about her!

Seriously, you idiot? What about that first amendment right you rambled on about in your defense? Or does it say somewhere that freedom of speech is only exclusively for your stoopid ass?

Obviously, CBS refused to accommodate that psycho, so she quit!

What a commendable work ethic! You should be so proud!

Is that really the best idea when you owe $14 million to the IRS???

Nicolas Cage has abruptly pulled out of Joel Schumacher's new thriller Trespass, just two weeks before filming was scheduled to start.

And the worst part? He left the cast and crew in the lurch to go on vacation - in the Bahamas!

Cage had already made drastic changes to the production when he requested that he switch characters, going from playing the role of Nicole Kidman's husband to playing the leader of a group of kidnappers.

Now that he's quit the project, he's left producers scrambling to find a new star in less than two weeks. If they can't find a suitable replacement, insiders believe that the movie has a possibility of being scrapped.

So what was Nic thinking?? Sources say that he's burnt out from doing back-to-back movies with Disney and has been on a grueling promotional tour for Sorcerer’s Apprentice.

That still doesn't make it okay to leave an entire cast and crew wondering if they still have a job!

The original baddest bitch behind seksi, HOMOlicious vampire fiction (suck it, Stephenie Meyer!), Anne Rice, quit writing the The Vampire Chronicles - and pretty much everything not related to God - years ago to focus on her new found Christianity, much to the dismay of readers and crazy vampire people everywhere!

However, the author announced yesterday via Facebook that she was over that shiz because she refuses to agree with some of the Church's doctrine!

She reveals:

"For those who care, and I understand if you don't: Today I quit being a Christian. I'm out. I remain committed to Christ as always but not to being "Christian" or to being part of Christianity. It's simply impossible for me to 'belong' to this quarrelsome, hostile, disputatious, and deservedly infamous group. For ten …years, I've tried. I've failed. I'm an outsider. My conscience will allow nothing else.

We understand that trying to reconcile between personal beliefs and the restrictions imposed by organized religion is a difficult one, so good for you for refusing to compromise what you believe to be right!

Angelina Pivarnick - AKA the chick that nobody gives a shit about on Jersey Shore - left the series in season one, reportedly comes back for season two only to leave again, and is now completely gone for season three and telling anyone who will listen (that's no one) that she's got her own reality show in the works!

After proclaiming that the “Jersey Shore won’t be there forever," she reveals that her imaginary new show will revolve around she and two of her best friends.

Pssh. Yeah right! We're sure THIS will come to fruition.

She's probably lying anyway.

Someone's had too many cocktails before an interview having a mid-life crisis!

Much to the dismay of Jack Donaghy and 30 Rock fans everywhere, Alec Baldwin has announced that he's going quit acting in 2012!

He says:

"I don't have any interest in acting anymore. I'm not young, but I have time to do something else. I consider my entire movie career a complete failure. The goal of moviemaking is to star in a film where your performance drives the film, and the film is either a soaring critical or commercial success, and I never had that."

Well, that gives the show at least another two years, and it will probably lose its luster by then anyway!

Besides - given all of his behind the scenes antics, we're not too sad he's peacing out!

We want to believe you, Ian McKellan! But with all of the pre-production dramz, we just don't know!

Despite all this shiz that has stopped the production of The Hobbit from moving forward, Gandalf the Grey himself took to Twitter to assure fans that The Hobbit is still happening, despite losing its director, Guillermo del Toro!

He wrote:

"Hobbit" sets are ready, script ready and movie is casting this month. Fans are not to worry. The films will get made. I suspect we'll start shooting at end of this year.

Yeah. We suspect about 18 more snags in the plan!
