Hugh Jackman's boyfriend business partner John Palermo are parting ways after 6 years of working together.

The pair formed Seed Productions together and produced X-Men: The Last Stand, Deception, and X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

The company is also producing Avon Man and Drive, which Jackman was once attached to star in, but he has since dropped out. Palermo will continue to produce the films along with Marc Platt.

Jackman has decided to focus on his acting career, however Palermo says they will still continue to work on projects together.

Hmm, lovers spat, maybe?

It's a done deal!

Disney announced yesterday that they have sold Miramax Films to Filmyard Holdings LLC - and its partners Ron Tutor and Tom Barrack - for a whopping $660 million!

The deal should go through sometime between September and January of 2011.

Disney President and CEO Bob Iger says:

"Although we are very proud of Miramax's many accomplishments, our current strategy for Walt Disney Studios is to focus on the development of great motion pictures under the Disney, Pixar and Marvel brands. We are delighted that we have found a home for the Miramax brand and Miramax's very highly regarded motion picture library.”

And Ron Tutor elaborates:

“I am delighted and honored to acquire the Miramax library. On behalf of my partners Tom Barrack and Colony Capital, we look forward to sharing this high quality content with the world in every form of media for many years to come.”

Big switch up! We wonder what this will mean for Miramax and its current employees!

We want Johnny Weir on Dancing With The Stars — and it just might happen!

Johnny reveals:

“I hope [I’m going to do Dancing With the Stars]. I met Karina Smirnoff a few weeks ago and she was like, ‘Johnny, you are the perfect height for me. Let’s dance.’ So…it’s on. I’ve chosen my partner, I’m ready.”

So is Karina up for it? Sounds like it! She adds:

“I’m a big fan of Johnny. His heart, his guts, he’s got balls in every routine and I love that. I think for Dancing With the Stars, you gotta have not only determination, but you gotta have that drama, that deeper side of you, and Johnny has it! I’m rooting for him to be on the next season of Dancing With the Stars.”

Us, too! And we think Karina would make a great partner for Johnny.
