According to Jackson's manager Frank DiLeo, Jackson had more than 100 completed and unreleased songs that were kept in his vault.
Former Sony Music CEO Tommy Mottola said last year that Michael "over-recorded" every time he step foot in the studio, recording "anywhere from 20 to 30 songs for each album. Any of them could have been as big a hit as the ones that came out."
Many of the unreleased songs were recorded during the '80s, in which the King of Pop created some of his best work such as Thriller and Bad. He also collaborated with Akon, Will.i.am, and Ne-Yo before his death.
The album will feature 10 unreleased songs and will be first in a 10-project, seven-year deal the Jackson estate has with Sony Music. The $250 million deal will also include reissues of Jackson's classic albums, a new greatest hits set, a DVD collection, and even a karaoke and dance video game titled Michael Jackson: The Video Game.

As for Miz Katy Perry, California Gurls topped the 3 million mark this week, tying Flo Rida's Right Round as the fastest any song reached 3 million in sales.
It's also Katy's third song to reach 3 million after I Kissed A Girl and Hot N Cold.

Singer Tracy Chapman has reportedly started dating L Word star Guinevere Turner.
According to the National Enquirer, the pair met earlier this year when introduced by a mutual friend. Their romance "sparked quickly" and they've gotten so serious, they even have plans to move in together! The source says "Tracy & Guin are in love and excited to start a new chapter in their lives"

P. Diddy, the world famous rapper, is reportedly taking singing lessons, to hone his skills for his new group, Diddy Dirty Money.
The members of his trio include himself, Kalenna Harper and Dawn Richard of Danity Kane fame.
Diddy had the following to say about his singing lessons:
"On this new album there’s a love story and in this love story I’m expressing myself in different ways, and sometimes I’m singing.”

"I wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to have myself out there. I was going to take the proper lessons."
Diddy Dirty Money’s debut album, Last Train to Paris, will be released in September, as long as P. Diddy’s singing teacher feels he’s good enough by then.
The girls of Girls Aloud were rumored to be reuniting without Nadine Coyle, since the girls haven't been in touch with her much since she moved to El Lay.
But their rep has denied the reports, claiming that a record deal has been signed to include ALL of the ladies and that their sixth studio album would be released as a group. No release date has been given yet.
