"Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt. The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce."

Peaches Geldof and director Eli Roth are planning to get married in January on a rooftop in Manhattan with 50 guests!

They have been dating since March and a friend of theirs says, "We wouldn't be surprised if they started a family together very soon. They are confident this is the real deal."

Peaches now lives in El Lay to live with Eli and they have started a life together, even buying a pet pig! The friend continues:

"They want a wedding on a New York rooftop and plan to invite about 50 friends including Quentin Tarantino. Apart from the trendy venue it will be a traditional Jewish ceremony in keeping with Eli's family faith. They are trying to keep it secret - I don't know if Peaches' dad knows yet."

Apparently Sir Bob Geldof likes Eli, but will he like it that she's getting married again so young?
