At last! We have finally found an issue that Jon Gosselin doesn't want to parade around with the paparazzi talking about:

His deposition!

Sources are claiming that sometime during the last two weeks, TLC's lawyers had Jon Gosselin deposed! As a result of the deposition, the case between Jon and the network will be settled way before the April trial date.

Smooth move TLC!

Now, settlement agreements will officially begin within the next two weeks. That gives Jon plenty of time to find something else to offer the network as a bargaining chip instead of his children.

Although, the man doesn't have much else! Maybe his rich new girlfriend could bail him out!

Kid Rock is requesting that his prior run-ins with the law are NOT considered in his current court case against him.

We don't know how likely that is!

Kid Rock is facing a lawsuit that claims he and six members of the Boo-Yaa Tribe beat up three men at the Roosevelt Hotel in 2006. That sure sounds like Kid…

But he is asking that his "reputation as a 'tough guy' or 'thug' by means of his professional persona as 'Kid Rock'" not be used against him nor his "prior criminal arrest or misdemeanor convictions."

It was previously reported that Charlie Sheen would be charged with felony menacing and a misdemeanor assault charge for the Christmas day incident with his wife, Brooke Mueller, but if he's lucky, it will never go to trial!

Charlie will be arraigned on Monday in Aspen and the TV star is open to the possibility of a plea bargain, especially if it only involves a misdemeanor offense.

A plea would not be entered until at least 60 days from Monday and it'll give the love birds some time to recover. Charlie and Brooke are expected to have the protective order between them nullified and fly back to El Lay together after the arraignment.

Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer Warren Sapp was arrested in Miami on Saturday night for misdemeanor domestic battery!

Not okay.

Sapp has been accused of violently attacking his girlfriend, who police noted had "a swollen right knee and bruises on the back of her neck" when they arrived at the Shore Club Hotel early Saturday morning.

The former NFL player's girlfriend says Sapp attempted to throw her out of his hotel room, and when the two began quarreling, he "grabbed her and began to choke her."

And the reason for the brawl?

Sapp has told the police he wanted his girlfriend to leave their hotel room because "he was expecting company."

What a guy!

After a preliminary hearing last fall, Howard K. Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich are scheduled to be back in an El Lay courtroom in August to face drug conspiracy charges.

The three have been accused of supplying the late Anna Nicole Smith with sedatives and opiates, and will face a jury of their peers starting on August 4th.

And their plea?

Not guilty.

Of course.

The FBI has their hands on the John Edwards sex tape!

Although former Edwards staffer Andrew Young has been ordered by a North Carolina judge to hand over the original tape by this coming Wednesday, sources say Young has forwarded a copy of the seksi seks tape to the FBI.

The tape has been described as a "very private and personal" tape which features Edwards boning a pregnant woman that Young believes to be the former VP-nom's mistress, Rielle Hunter.

Now, the question is - will it leak?

A 41-year-old man was arrested on Thursday in London after it was brought to the attention of the authorities that he had been harassing Keira Knightley!

The creeper waited outside the stage door of the Comedy Theatre regularly to see Knightley, who is currently in a production of The Misanthrope at the theatre.

"Keira felt threatened by this guy who turned up a number of times and tried to speak to her. He did not make any specific threats to her but she was concerned enough to call the police," one insider revealed.

Smart of her not to take any chances with the weirdo!

The money-hungry Jackson is looking to sue multiple media outlets that published an image of Michael Jackson, on the day of his death, being wheeled out of his home on a gurney and into an ambulance.

Joe's lawyer claims the pic is an invasion of the "family's privacy" and would like to take action against the publications as soon as a judge grants him the right to peruse through Michael's medical records.

John Edwards' former right-hand man, Andrew Young, was ordered by a North Carolina judge to turn over the illicit sex tape featuring Edwards and his mistress, Rielle Hunter on Friday.

But he never showed up with the tape!

The judge found Young in contempt of court, and has given the former staffer of Edwards until Wednesday at 2 pm sharp to turn over the tape.

Andrew and his wife Cheri told reporters that they "never had any intention of distributing the tape or showing it publicly" but apparently have "no problem" with handing the sex tape over to the courts.

So why didn't they hand it over in the first place??

Charlie Sheen's car was one of THREE vehicles vandalized in the douchebag actor's area, although his car was the only one stolen.

Don't feel too bad for him, however, the moron reportedly left his keys in the car!!!
