This could be a really rough turn of events for Jersey Shore lovers everywhere.
Over the summer, our beloved Snooki Snickers had a few too many helpings of Ron-Ron juice with her morning pickle one day and ended up wandering out into the Seaside Heights sun, terrorizing her fellow guidettes and landing in jail.
Today is her trial hearing and should the judge find her guilty of the charges of disorderly conduct, being a public nuisance and criminally annoying others, she could go to jail! Standard procedure is to charge $3,200 and 30 days in jail!
Oh no! Is that really necessary? It was all for the sake of entertaining television, after all!
To quote the majestic swamp princess: "I'm too pretty to be in jail!"
Agreed! How's about we call this charge a double-bagger and forget all about it?

Apparently now that Oksana’s got Mel Gibson in court, she’s going to try to squeeze money from him in every way possible.
Oksana wants Judge Scott Gordon to order Mel to pay for the $84,000 in PR expenses that she incurred while trying to counter the public perception that she sold the secret tapes of her and Mel.
According to sources, though, there’s no way that the judge will grant Oksana’s request, unless he decides to alter the existing settlement — $5,000 a month plus the house.
We think it’s about time for you to just take the money and run, Oksana. Everybody’s sort of losing interest, bb!

Yikes!
A judge ruled yesterday that Paris Hilton violated the terms of her contract when she didn't do interviews for the 2006 box office bomb Pledge This!
Paris skipped out on the British and Russian media circuits and now it's going to cost her!
Worldwide Entertainment Group filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against her demanding $1 million, but lucky for her the judge ruled she only owes around $160K.
That's peanuts for Paris!

Well, good for him!
The judge overseeing Chris Brown's felony abuse case said that he is doing a "great job" following the terms of his probation.
He has been attending all of his court-ordered domestic violence counseling sessions and "working consistently" towards completion of his community labor.
His next progress report is November 18.
We hate to admit it, but Lindsanity could learn a lesson or two from him!

Now that could be inneresting!
Snoop Dogg Tweeted a not-so-cryptic message yesterday campaigning for a judge's spot on American Idol:
"Snoop Dogg x http://twitpic.com/2hwt8x = ?!?!?!?!?"
Ha!
Thoughts?

Could be!
Judge Elden Fox will issue an order this afternoon in Lindsay Lohan's case after her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley made a surprise appearance in court yesterday.
Sources say that Lindsay's release is expected to be sometime this week if not today and her treatment will continue in outpatient care.
She really got off easy considering her original sentence — and we don't think it's gonna help her!

Things are taking quite a dramatic turn in the Anna Nicole Smith case!
A judge in the case against Anna Nicole's doctors and lawyer criticized the prosecution, saying that he does not believe that Anna Nicole was a "pawn in the hands of her handlers and doctors," but that she was a "strong-willed person who ordered people around and was her own boss."
Superior Court Judge Robert Perry stated that the evidence shown so far does not support the argument that Anna Nicole's handlers "kept her in a drugged state to control her and her money," after a jury was shown a videotape of her acting "loopy, wacky, and crazy" at an awards show.
Deputy District Attorney Renee Rose protested, however, saying that she could understand the court's rulings if the case was going to be decided by a judge, "but this is a case for a jury." she said. She added, "It is not our contention that she walked around drug addled for two years."
Judge Perry has decided to no longer show any video footage of Anna Nicole as he says, "She's fairly entertaining and at her voluptuous best…The problem I have with this case is we have a very public figure …. We are a movie-watching, TV-watching nation. And as the defense has said, what we see on television is not always real."
He does have a point about Anna Nicole's life, but it is hard to tell who was controlling her life when it came to drugs. Did she have her own free will or were her doctors and lawyer controlling her every move?
What do U think?

…if she can keep up the ruse that she’s not a diva!
However, according to Nigel Lythgoe, J-Lo has kept her inner diva in check since speculations of her becoming a judge began:
"Hello? These people don't know Jennifer Lopez. She's a wonderful woman. I've never seen her be a diva in her life!"
Maybe he’s right, or maybe he just needs to open his eyes occasionally! Either way, he did promise that there would only be three judges.
"As far as I'm concerned, I would like the attention to go on the kids, because it's about the talent that comes on this show and sings."
We agree that most of the attention should be on the kids, but SOME of the attention should be on the judges. Idol needs a little drama!
