The L.A. County Sheriff's Department is going to re-interview Mel Gibson for the extortion investigation involving his ex Oksana Grigorieva.

The domestic violence case won't be brought up in this round of questioning and the fact that the police are doing a second round of questioning with Mel shows how seriously they are taking this case.

Mel's claim is that Oksana tried extorting him for millions in connection with his infamous tirades caught on tape.

At least there's some progress in this case…

Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva have been set to be cleared in the investigation by the Department of Children and Family Services.

The two accused each other of child abuse allegations during their ongoing custody battle. Gibson accused Grigorieva of shaking their 9-month-old daughter Lucia. Grigorieva alleges that Mel punched her in the head while she was holding Lucia.

A source says:

"The case will be officially closed when several more people that deal with Lucia are officially interviewed, and that should take place in the next few weeks. The people that play a key role in Lucia's life have already been interviewed, and barring any bombshell developments from the remaining people that are going to be dealt with, the case will be closed, with no action being taken against Mel or Oksana."

However, the DCFS will be keeping a close watch on Mel and Oksana, with the source adding, "Just because no action is being taken at this point, and the investigation appears to be wrapping up, doesn't mean that officials won't get involved again. If there are concerns about Lucia's welfare again in the future, DCFS will become active again."

Lucia really is the most important person in this whole matter. Hopefully, all the abuse allegations end HERE.

When Michael Lohan wakes up in the morning, he takes a sip of haterade, then pulls the lever on his See 'n Say to find out who he should harp on that day for attention.

This morning, the lucky bastards are his daughter's doctors!

Papa Lohan has his lawyer, Lisa Bloom, looking into an investigation of Lindsay Lohan's doctors. Michael believes that the Attorney General of California should make the time to look into the "unscrupulous doctors" who allegeldy "overprescribe medications to [Lindsay]."

Michael still stands by his claims that Lindsay is an addict, one who continues to get legally high on pills through a "giant legal loophole." And just to make things that more interesting, Michael cites Anna Nicole Smith's case and urges the Attorney General to give him LiLo that same amount of attention.

Oksana Grigorieva says she has third-party witnesses to Mel Gibson’s brutality. To quote rapper T.I., “Bring em out! Bring em out! Bring em out! Bring em out!”

Sources say that there are multiple witnesses to the January 6 incident, at least one of whom claims to have seen Gibson pull a gun on Oksana, after allegedly punching her.

A gun? Really? Not quite sure how you’re gonna get out of this one, Mel, and we’re happy about that.

Perhaps you can try to convince the L.A. County Sheriff’s investigators that you were rehearsing for Lethal Weapon 5.

Nothing says innocent like a mid-investigation resignation.

The now former President of ABC Entertainment Group, Steve McPherson has resigned after being accused of multiple accounts of sexual harassment. Here’s what McPherson’s attorney, Tom Hoberman, had to say about the subject:

"Upon Steve McPherson returning to work from his vacation on Monday, he made a voluntary decision to resign and ABC accepted his resignation.

He must have had an incriminating weekend. Here’s more from Hoberman:

"It is not uncommon for high level executives to be the subject of gossip and innuendo. That would include rumors of internal situations which can easily be misinterpreted or misrepresented. Seems like it goes with the territory, and there is nothing further to discuss."

Steve had the following to say on his own behalf:

"I want to thank the wonderful breasts on the team of individuals who have worked with me throughout my time here and wish them nothing but the best."

Very touching words from a man who very much liked touching his co-workers.

Seven doctors who had treated the late Michael Jackson will not face charges, unlike Dr. Conrad Murray who was charged with involuntary manslaughter in February.

Investigators decided not to bring charges against the other doctors even though one of the doctors was referred to the state medical board for prescribing meds to one of Jackson's aliases.

Mel Gibson met with the L.A. County Sheriff's detectives over the weekend for his official interview regarding his attempted extortion accusation against Oksana Grigorieva.

Supposedly they met for quite awhile and submitted "physical evidence," including emails and texts along with his lawyer to make his case.

He did not have to discuss Oksana's complaints against him and it was not brought up - at his lawyer's advice.

Oksana Grigorieva had saved text messages from Mel Gibson after their big fight on January 6 and the texts are dated January 7 where he admits that he "wasn't safe" for her the night before!

The texts say:

Mel: Oksana, I wasn't safe for you last night. I spent two hours with a therapist today and have regained some perspective. What I'm telling you know if I am safe & would like to come by and make amends to you, sascha and Lucia. I won't stay just let you say your peace and I'll say mine. Let me know if it's alright!

Mel: Or if it's not.

Mel: Let me know either way.

Mel: Yes or no.

Mel: It's important that I apologize to sascha before he goes.

Mel: Please respond one way or another.

Oksana: I have two broken front teeth and a concussion. I can not c u today, I'm hurting. U can apologize to Sacha some other time.

Mel. Did you get them fixed yet?

Mel: When can I see you?

Mel: I need to see you this evening & then I promise I'll leave you alone
for as long as you want

Mel: If only for 10 minutes.

Mel: Please.

The messages were found by the authorities after Oksana had to surrender her cell phone as part of the investigation.

Ruh-roh!

Sir Sean Connery and his wife Micheline are being investigated in Spain over allegations of tax fraud.

Spanish authorities suspect the couple of not paying $2 million in taxes stemming from the sale of development rights to land on the outskirts of the Mediterranean resort of Malaga.

This just comes two months after Connery was investigated in a separate money-laundering case involving the sale of a seaside villa just east of Marbella, a coastal town close to Malaga.

We think somebody needs a new financial advisor!

A reign of terror that is never ending!

Sources are now reporting that Mel Gibson, during the infamous violent confrontation in January, pulled a gun on GF Oksana Grigorieva when she tried to escape his Malibu mansion.

Law enforcement has learned in their investigation that in the middle of the disturbing fight between MELtdown and Oksana, Mel left the room and went into his bedroom, where he supposedly always keeps a gun. As he left, Oksana tried to make a run for it, grabbing her keys and running for the door.

That's when Mel reappeared, holding his handgun, and started to threaten her further. He allegedly waved the gun in her face and said, "I will show you how to get out of here fast.”

Thankfully, Oksana was able to leave without Mel actually firing the gun, but the intent was disturbing all the same.

We are simply horrified by this man!!! We want nothing more than to see him get locked up and put away for a looooooong time!
