She'll apparently have to check in to the facility, which specializes in alcohol and opiate detox, within 24 hours after leaving jail.

Excellent!

And sorry, bb! You don't get your time cut in half at rehab for overcrowding or good behavior!

Uh-oh! We feel like this is only the tip of the ice berg!

George Clooney's girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis, has recently been linked to an Italian cocaine scandal, and is apparently distraught over the fact that she may have been secretly taped doing the drug as part of an extortion plan!

Italian socialite Francesca Biagini reveals:

"I have heard that Elisabetta is distraught but that George is standing by her. In Milan, everyone is talking about this. It's a huge scandal and we think more celebrities will be named. Elisabetta was a regular at Hollywood in Milan for several years. She's friends with a lot of the models who live in the city. I last saw her there at a birthday party last year for the captain of AC Milan. I never saw her doing cocaine, but she's always the life and soul of the party. She's a fun girl. A lot of girls would come out of bathroom stalls sniffing and they would check their noses in the mirror."

She's lucky that George hasn't bounced yet! He certainly has left over women for less!

But we'll wait and see if a video appears, and if so, how long he'll be sticking around after that!

Oakland is set to become the first city to legally authorize the industrial farming of marijuana!

Yesterday, the city council approved a license for four factories that would grow and package the drug for medical use!

While many are thrilled that this will create jobs and increse revenue, others are worried that it will put small 'mom and pop' growers out of business!

Ha! Weed's being industrialized! That's so bizarre!

George Clooney's Italian lady friend, Elisabetta Canalis, was linked to a nightclub scandal involving a prostitution ring and cocaine that has lead to the arrest of five people!

The two Milan clubs in question, called Hollywood and The Club, allegedly were extremely celebrity-friendly before they were busted for setting up private escorts and free cocaine for the wealthier clientele, and one of the witnesses on trial admitted to doing the drug with the former model!

The prosecutor explained:

“The VIP’s were protected, hidden…able to safely conduct themselves in any way, hidden from the court of public opinion. They were often given cocaine for free by those who want to sit at a table of famous people…they want the visibility that comes from being seated at a central table, and to be seen with models, or celebrities from fashion, entertainment and sport. They [the girls] were brought into the clubs by the various characters acting as PR for the evenings to entertain customers at the tables of the private club. Their job was to encourage these customers to drink alcohol as to increase the table’s bill, followed up by sex off premises.”

One such girl, Karima, admitted:

“I’ve done cocaine with other people including Elisabetta Canalis.”

Not good!

What did she think she was signing up for?

Rachel Uchitel quit Celebrity Rehab after the first day of filming at the Pasadena Recovery Center, and fled to a hotel!

A source reveals:

"After a very intense day of filming, Rachel just couldn't handle being at the Pasadena Recovery Center where Celebrity Rehab is filmed, and she decided to leave. Producers arrived at the hotel the following morning, and calm prevailed. Rachel simply needed some time away from the intense pressure and scrutiny that she is dealing with.

“She agreed to go back to Celebrity Rehab 4. Rachel has never had to face these issues before, and talking about it pushed her over the edge, and her instinct was to run. Producers made her realize that if she continues to run away from her issues, she will never be able to live a healthy life. Her issues go beyond Tiger, but he was the catalyst that pushed her over the edge."

Rachel is supposedly suffering from an alcohol problem and an addiction to pills.

How long until she runs away again?

Police reportedly investigated two of Bret Michaels' tour bus last night, and discovered not only pot, but illegal drugs that are classified as Schedule II controlled substances!

Bret was apparently not on the bus with the illegal drugs, and no arrests were made.

Be careful, bb! It couldn't have been too much if no one was arrested, but we'd like to think that you'd be smarter than to get into that stuff after everything you've been through!

Wow! They've enlisted quite the variety of stoners talent!

Adrian Grenier will be co-producing a new documentary with Bert Marcus, as well as 50 Cent, Eminem, and former drug dealer Rick Ross called How To Make Money Selling Drugs!

Marcus explains:

"What we're trying to do is provide a glimpse into the lives of those involved in the war on drugs and give some answers as to addiction. We think the commercial prospects are going to be improved by getting recognisable people involved."

The piece will reportedly feature interviews from Woody Harrelson and Susan Sarandon.

Maybe they should get one from Lindsanity while she's behind bars! Ha!

This is strange.

The L.A. County Coroner has announced that the cause of death for Simon Monjack, husband of Brittany Murphy, was acute pneumonia and severe anemia.

Five months previous to his death, Brittany also died of pneumonia and anemia, as well as multiple drug intoxication. Though the coroner found prescription medications in Simon's blood stream, there wasn't enough to be lethal.

Explanation please?

Sources close to the Lynwood Correctional Facility confirm that despite Michael Lohan's famewhoring pleas to cut her off, Lindsay Lohan will be allowed her prescriptions of the ADHD med Adderall, as well as the sleeping pill Ambien!

There you go, bb!

You can take Adderall during the day and maniacally clean your 12-by-8 cell, and then at night you can fight the effects of Ambien and hallucinate that you're somewhere else, doing something you're more comfortable with - like lines off of a toilet seat in the ladies room of Bardot!
