Uh-oh! Are the tides turning for our beloved JetBlue diva, Steven Slater??

Passengers who were on the plane and witnessed the meltdown are now speaking out against the incident, and claim that what's being perpetuated in the media is not exactly how everything went down!

Marjorie Briskin claims that Slater had a "nice gash" on his head the entire flight from Pittsburgh to JFK, and that they were all ready to depart the plane when the alleged rude passenger merely asked Slater where her bag was stowed, which prompted the tirade of swears!

Briskin says:

"I didn't think she was rude in the least. It really blew my mind. It was so inappropriate. He looked disturbed at that point."

Another passanger, Lauren Dominijanni, reportedly boarded the plane and noticed spilled coffee in her seat. When she asked Slater for a sanitary wipe, he "rolled his eyes at me and said, 'What?' in a real rude manner."

She attempted to explain the coffee, to which he pointed to the gash on his head and said "No! Maybe when we get in the air! I need to take care of myself first, honey!"

We still don't see the problem! We would be hella cranky if we had hurt our heads, too!

These people are just probably telling stories to get some press off of Slater! Ha!

It did seem fast — even for them!

Eli Roth took to his Twitter to deny the rumors that he's engaged to girlfriend Peaches Geldof.

He Tweeted:

"It's a good thing I follow myself on Twitter or I'd have never known I was engaged. I had no idea. Congrats? #FunniestFollowFridayEver"

And the plot thickens!

After a story broke this morning alleging that Jodie Foster attacked and verbally abused a teenage fan of hers, her representative has released this 'alternative' take on what exactly went down.

It says:

"This guy was most definitely a professional paparazzo. He had a large camera bag and 1000mm telephoto lens. He tailed Jodie and followed her all the way from the movie theater to the valet. He crowded her and her two young children and took photos of them the whole time. This guy's behavior was completely inappropriate and the police report is a fabrication of the incident."

Hmm - we have a really hard time believing that Jodie would attack a teenager, so this sounds a little more accurate to us!

Still keeping her mouth shut about a little thing called being pregnant, Mariah Carey performed for the Wal-Mart shareholders in Fayetville, Arkansas over the weekend looking very um, full of life!

Hubby Nick Cannon has said "I'm pretty sure that when my wife is ready to make any announcement it won't be to the media, to the public, first. She'll tell her family, she'll tell her friends, and then, you know, when she's ready to share with the rest of the world, who is her extended family and friends, then she'll let everybody know."

Mariah's spokeswoman Cindi Berger is still refusing to deny the pregnancy, stating, "I'm not at liberty to discuss Mariah's personal life at this moment."

We're waiting with bated breath, Mariah!

She writes:

So annoyed! Contrary to silly rumors, Bam Margera and I are NOT dating. I'm currently in a relationship w Nikki. Hope that clears things up.

Maybe you shouldn't let yourself be photographed holding another man's hand if you're still seeing Nikki Sixx then! Just saying!
