Randy Quaid is claiming that his bank and financial advisers conspired against him to steal millions of dollars from the actor!

Quaid filed a lawsuit in court yesterday and, acting as his own lawyer, claims that he lost over $10 million after his advisers supposedly forged his signature on fraudulent real estate loans with City National Bank.

He also claims that his finance team stole royalty checks from past projects including $600,000 for Brokeback Mountain.

Considering his shady past, we think he MIGHT be delusional about this one!

Steven Seagal has filed a temporary restraining order against a Angela Rain Bates, a 55 year old woman who came onto his property, attacked a groundskeeper and threw his windows!

According to police reports, which describe Bates as a "delusional stalker," she claimed to be married to Seagal's deceased father and that she had lived on the property for 20 years! When the groundskeeper tried to stop her, she "forcefully kick[ed] him twice, in the groin, and on his shin, causing a two-inch contusion on his leg."

GEESH!

She's been charged with battery, trespassing, and vandalism, and must stay 100 yards away from Seagal, his family and staff.

Demi Moore did the Master Clease with husband Ashton Kutcher, but now she Tweeted that she has moved on to The Clean Program developed by Dr. Alejandro Junger, a 21-day diet consisting of smoothies and salads for dinner.

Giuliana Rancic and Gwyneth Paltrow also have used the diet to lose weight.

One of Demi's followers Tweeted back saying that she wasn't interested because "healthy diet and exercise are all that's required."

Demi went on defense replying:

"I think you need to research what it is I am doing there is no starving involved! It is all about nourishing the body."

Mocienne Petit Jackson claims to have been the illegitimate love child of Michael Jackson and Diana Ross's sister, and has requested a DNA test to prove it's true!

However, Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee, the alleged baby mama, has come forward to refute these claims, and says that not only is Mocienne not her daughter, but she is "delusional."

According to Ross-Lee, she hadn't even met Michael in 1975, the year Mocienne alleges she was conceived, and that the woman has repeatedly contacted her and even harrassed her at her office to the point where the police became involved!

Scary! This woman is a PSYCHO!

Emma Amelia Pearl Czikai is suing Simon Cowell and Britain's Got Talent for discrimination and for taking away her "self-respect and dignity" after she auditioned and got a PRETTY bad review.

"Emma, Emma, reality check here, it's not the music; it's not the microphone; it's you," Cowell told her at the time.

But Emma is saying that a medical condition prohibited her from performing her best!

She says:

"I am certainly not prepared to be humiliated. Because I have these illnesses singing is all I can do for my future and therefore it is important for me not to have 13 to 20 million people all over the world thinking I cannot sing. It is quite upsetting to be regarded as a failure and to be targeted and mocked.

"I have been ridiculed, mocked and hated. I have had my self-respect and dignity taken from me unfairly and been humiliated on a daily basis. It was the microphone. It was the music. I have not got a horrible singing voice when I am in a fair environment that meets my disabilities as I proved on Britain's Got More Talent."
